Talk To Yourself Everyday About Yourself
Dear Diary,
Today I noticed that we had added too much crap into our lives. Like unneeded expectations, feelings, people (in real life and on social media, too), relations, activities, time-wasting tasks, and whatnot.
If we just focus on what we are doing and what we should be doing, what is important to us and what actually needs our attention, what we want and what we need, then we will honestly know what the shit is happening, and we don’t even have time to think about that.
We have compromised on the things which actually should not be in our life at all. But we can’t live like that after all.
If you genuinely want to live without being depressed and stressed, think about yourself and your life every day. Take some time every day to think about what you are doing wrong and what you should change to improve your tomorrow.
TALK TO YOURSELF EVERY DAY ABOUT YOURSELF.
This small change can do wonders, but most of us don’t even bother.
